Frequently asked questions

How quickly will I hear back?
Within 24 hours, in English. If your message arrives outside Chinese business hours, the reply usually lands the next morning Beijing time. If it has been more than 24 hours, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.
Do I need to pay anything to get a quote?
No. Drafting the itinerary and pricing it costs you nothing and commits us to nothing. A deposit is only required once you have confirmed the plan and are ready to secure the dates.
Can you work from a rough budget?
Yes, and it is often more useful than an exact figure. Tell us a range per person and we will show you what that range buys — which hotel tier, which cities, private or shared, rail or flight — so you can decide what to adjust.
My group is small. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Private departures for two people upwards are standard for us, and most travellers on our flagship route are a couple, a family or a small group of friends. You get the same vehicle and the same local guides regardless of the headcount.
Do you help with visas?
Yes. We provide visa and document support for every market we operate in, and we confirm the current entry requirements for your nationality against the official source before you book. We will also prepare the invitation letter our ground operators ask for.
